The CD Album:

As can be read in the press release below, November 27th 2009 saw the release on CD for the first time of five out-of-print Wurzel albums - namely Adge Cutler & The Wurzels, Adge Cutler's Family Album, Carry On Cutler, Don't Tell I, Tell 'Ee and The Wurzels Are Scrumptious. The first four were all 'Adge Cutler & The Wurzels' albums (Adge's other original album Cutler Of The West having been released on CD by EMI in 2003), the final one being recorded by the Wurzels in their own right after Adge's death.

For all the CDs the artwork was taken directly from the original LPs (but without the EMI/Columbia logos) and the case insert included a reproduction of the original sleeve notes - with the exception of 'Don't Tell I, Tell 'Ee' which had no sleeve notes on the original LP so a black and white copy of the artwork on the sleeve was added instead.

This CD was digitally re-mastered from a vinyl copy of this album, SX6165 from 1967, specifically the Columbia blue-black label with the XAX3445 and XAX3446 matrix. Other than the re-mastering there are no differences between the two releases.
